Rotherham Construction is currently building 136 low-income apartment units amongst 8 residential buildings in Bozeman. The apartments consist of unit types each ranging in size, consisting of either 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, or 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The site also accommodates a community building.

The project is in the finishing phases, and is expected to be completed by beginning of Fall 2022.
