Rotherham Construction is currently building 31 market-rate houses in Gallatin Gateway. The houses consist of 4 different building types each ranging in 2,239 sf or 2,987 sf in size, consisting of 1-2 stories with either 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms or 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms. These units feature a double car garage and patios for entertainment.

This project is in the finishing phases, and is expected to be complete by Summer 2023.
