Rotherham Construction is currently building 2 dormitory style buildings in Gallatin Gateway. Each building consist of 54 units that are 2 bed/1 bath, 2 common kitchens and laundry rooms, and 4 units that are 8 bed/4 bath that include additional kitchen and laundry amenities. Both buildings are serviced by elevator additionally.

The project is in the rough-in as well as finishing phases, and is expected to be completed by of Winter 2022.
