Rotherham Construction is currently building 138 low-income apartment units amongst 7 residential buildings in Kalispell. The apartments consist of unit types each ranging in size, consisting of either 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, or 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The site also accommodates a community building.

The project is in the structural phases and is expected to be completed by Spring 2024.
