Rotherham Construction is currently building 13 2-plex luxury condominium buildings in Big Sky. The condominiums consist of 2 units each ranging in 2,803 sf or 3,994 sf in size, consisting of 2 stories with either 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms or 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms. These units feature a single car garage and patios for entertainment.

This project is in the finishing phases, and is expected to be complete by Fall 2022.
